Doesn't seem like a very professional operation
Although they did do their best for friendly service, the visit(s) didn't leave a very good impression. They first confirmed over the phone that both the service and the additional work I asked were done. The additional work was not done, and they had marked the mileage of the car wrong in the service book (tens of thousands km higher than it shoud). I now have a service manual that has overwritten corrections on it, which looks suspicious. I did get a service transcript on my second visit though (this should be given for every service) with corrected information, although it was hard to print out as they thought that my 2009 gasoline car was a 1999 diesel. Kind of leaves me wondering how the service checks were done.
